I am inviting you to this place of Post-Traumatic Growth. To see the beauty and the gift of it and bring all the fragmented parts into wholeness.

Together we can discover the space of thrival – of moving beyond the past and out of survival into a greater future.

This is an ongoing support group presented by Firebird Healing and will consist of weekly 90-minute sessions led by licensed clinical psychologist, addiction and trauma specialist, and empowerment coach Dr. Adriana Popescu. 

Each session will include education, discussion and experiential exercises. If you don't have basic trauma education or haven't yet worked on your trauma, it is highly recommended that you do some individual therapy and/or take our initial From Survival To Thrival Workshop.

 

This is a Support Group and enrollment isbe limited to 10 people. We are looking forward to meeting you online!

Dr. Adriana Popescu is a licensed clinical psychologist, addiction and trauma specialist, and empowerment coach with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field.

 

She is also a certified hypnotherapist, Brainspotting Practitioner, Access Consciousness® Facilitator, and NeuroEmotional Technique (NET) Practitioner, having discovered that Energy Psychology provides incredibly powerful tools to identify and eliminate the deep-rooted causes of suffering and distress.

 

She loves to assist high-achieving people to overcome their barriers, release their self-judgments, and create a life of infinite possibilities.
